1. Digital Wallet / Coins / Points

Payments for wallet recharge, coins, points, or digital subscriptions are non-refundable once the transaction is successful.

These services are delivered instantly, so returns or cancellations are not applicable.
Exceptions (allowed under payment gateway rules):

Double payment by mistake

Amount deducted but payment failed (technical error)
In such cases, users can contact support and the issue will be resolved within 2–7 working days.
2. Marketplace Physical Products

Wauku does not sell or ship physical products.
All physical items are sold by individual sellers. -
Refunds, returns, and cancellations depend entirely on the seller’s own policy.

If an item is:

not delivered
-
damaged
-
defective
-
or incorrect
buyers can open a dispute and Wauku will assist in communication between buyer and seller.

3. Marketplace Digital Products

Digital products are usually non-refundable, because they cannot be returned once downloaded or accessed.

A refund may be given only if the seller allows it based on their own policy.
4. Order Cancellation

Buyers may cancel an order before the seller starts processing or shipping.

If the seller cancels the order before it is dispatched, the refund will be issued within 2–7 working days to the original payment method.
5. Wauku’s Role

Wauku is a social platform and marketplace facilitator.

We enable payments but do not manage:

shipping
-
packaging
-
product quality
-
returns

or refunds

Wauku provides dispute assistance to ensure safe transactions between buyers and sellers.
